The way forward is through the heart.
We have been born into extraordinary times—times of unraveling, transformation, and deep remembering.
The call is clear: return home to our tender hearts, move with integrity through the initiations life offers, and unfurl into the fullness of who we are.

I have a gift of holding space for sacred unfolding,
guiding you to soften into presence, to listen ever more kindly, and to clear what obscures your innate wisdom.
In this work, you are remembering your purpose. In this work you are remembering your essence. As you reconnect with yourself and the great web of life, love reveals itself as the ground beneath your feet—always present, always possible. You step forward, not from fear, but as the gift you were always meant to be.

As you reconnect with yourself and the great web of life, love reveals itself as the ground beneath your feet—always present, always possible. You step forward, not from fear, but as the gift you were always meant to be.
From a young age, I knew that I came into this lifetime with a deep purpose:
to help midwife humanity through the immense changes that I sensed were coming. My awareness of the scale of transformation needed was isolating, and there were many moments of fear and loneliness in knowing the challenges ahead. Through my own lineage, I carried the weight of ancestral memory and the question: How do such profound human atrocities occur, and what sustains people through collective trauma? This inquiry has long fueled my path and continues to shape and inform my work today.
My Calling
My Journey
My journey has been a path of hardship and healing.
It is through facing the deepest, darkest parts of myself and life that I’ve gained the wisdom to support others. I fell through the cracks, and in doing so, I encountered what many try to avoid—trauma, fear, and the rawness of human suffering. I didn’t come through unscathed, yet I emerged with a deep understanding of how healing works, even in the most impossible circumstances.
This is why I am so effective in my work.
I understand at a cellular level what it’s like to walk through fire and still find the strength to rise. Whether someone has lived a “tough” life or not, I believe we all have moments that require us to ask: “What is the thing that will allow me to heal?” I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I will sit with you in that question and help uncover the threads that can guide you forward.
Many years ago, I had a rare opportunity to commit to a three year meditation retreat, where I learned to be with what arises in stillness and cultivate a profound presence.
There is no agenda in my work, no predefined path. Instead, my role is to hold space and allow what’s ready to emerge, trusting that the wisdom will show itself when it’s time. I offer a safe, nurturing space for trauma to come up and be transformed. It’s second nature for me to enter someone’s world, deeply listen to their experience, and walk with them as they find their own way through it.
My Devotion
I practice a deeply integrated approach that includes both spiritual and scientific approaches to healing. My training spans a wide range of disciplines—from energy healing and somatic practices to the science of the nervous system and its role in trauma. I find that when we honor both the mystical and the biological aspects of our existence, true healing can unfold. This balance allows for deep, lasting transformation, where spirit and body work together in harmony to restore vitality and wholeness.
“Healing happens when we allow ourselves to feel what we feel, without fear or resistance, and in the presence of deep compassion”

Lenses that Shape My Work
-
A lens into impermanence, suffering, and compassion as core truths of life.
The human experience is meant to hold a balance of struggle and ease, offering the conditions needed for deep insight. Suffering is not something to resist but to meet with presence, without adding layers of meaning that amplify pain. By accepting impermanence, we stop grasping at what is always shifting and instead find peace in what is. At the heart of this path is compassion—more important than any vision or experience. With a vast perspective on reality and deep care for the present moment, this approach offers a way through suffering, not around it. -
A lens into the body's natural capacity for dynamic equilibrium.
Our nervous system holds the deep wisdom of our experiences, from the earliest imprints to the present moment. By tuning into our body's responses, we come to recognize how these automatic states shape our actions, reactions, and emotional landscapes. Nervous system reshaping isn't about intellectualizing or thinking our way out of these states, but about learning to meet them with presence and understanding. This approach fosters the embodied awareness that allows us to metabolize trauma, calm unnecessary activation, and shift our relationship with the patterns that keep us stuck. -
A lens into the brain’s capacity for change and affecting wellbeing.
Our thought patterns have a profound impact on our wellbeing—and because of neuroplasticity, we can wire our brains for negativity and perceived threat or for wellbeing and safety. Brain retraining involves specific exercises and techniques, such as amygdala retraining, to guide the brain back into a state of calm and safety. This process resets emotional pathways, helping us shift patterns of anxiety, stress, fear, and chronic illness. -
A lens into the wisdom of embodied awareness.
Healing asks us to return to our bodies—the site of our lived experiences. Somatic practice invites us to honor the body’s natural movements and expressions, meeting the raw sensory data of whatever arises without judgment. In this way, the body’s messages don’t need to be understood—they simply need to be felt and expressed. As we do this, we release unnecessary resistance and allow the wisdom of our bodies to guide us toward healing and balance, exactly as it is designed to do.
-
A lens into the earliest imprints that shape our being—before we even had words to name them.
From conception through the first two years of life, we absorb our environment in a deeply embodied way, forming implicit memories that quietly shape our behaviors, beliefs, and sense of self. These early imprints, often mistaken for the essence of who we are, are actually the ways our non-cognitive awareness made sense of the world we were born into. By recognizing these core imprints—for example, the belief that "I don’t matter"—we begin to see how they have influenced our lives and relationships. And in that recognition, we find the possibility of transformation.
-
A lens into the legacy of our lineage and its influence on our present lives.
We carry the unresolved experiences of our ancestors within us, influencing our actions and beliefs in ways that often go unnoticed. These patterns can emerge as disproportionate reactions to present-day situations, reflecting unresolved issues from the past. At the same time, ancestral healing invites us to discover the blessings, strengths, and wisdom that live in our lineage—gifts that can support and inspire us. By bringing awareness to these inherited dynamics, both shadow and light, we release the lineage burdens that have been holding us back and receive the stream of blessings that impel us forward. This process not only frees us to choose how to live and interact with the world, but also transforms the legacy we pass on to future generations.
-
A lens into a reclamation of wholeness of our fragmented parts.
Trauma fragments us, causing parts of our awareness to become stuck in past experiences. Healing is about reclaiming these parts, freeing up energy tied to old survival strategies, and expanding our capacity for awareness and choice. By slowing down to meet the unhealed places, we restore a sense of safety and belonging, reclaiming our ability to show up authentically in life. This process moves us from fear-based responses to actions rooted in love, connection, and authenticity, embracing the complexity of who we are.
-
A lens into the body’s innate blueprint—health and healing.
Our embryological development shapes our biology, physiology, and psychology. Yet, we have the ability to reconnect with the body’s original template of health—releasing trauma stored in the tissues, and restoring nervous system balance. By attuning to the body’s needs, we create safety and space for life force energy to flow, facilitating healing and integration through deep presence and awareness.
